Our Rooms

Our large rooms are all non smoking and come with choice of super king or twin beds.

All rooms have En-suite bathrooms with heated towel rail, fluffy towels, toiletries.

The spacious rooms also include a fridge, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits and bottled water.

As well as a TV and DVD player, hairdryer, free guest WI-FI, sofa, wardrobe and dressing table in all rooms, you also have access to our stock of books, games and DVD’s.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served in the dining room.

We offer the use of foldable chairs for the beach or Downs, with pay and display parking spaces available at the back of Seabreeze. Please note that in the summer months, a space cannot always be guaranteed, but 1 is bound to become available.

This lovely large room is at the rear of the property, it is light, bright and airy and only a few steps from Babbacombe Downs cliff top.
